Our Bishop, Richard Seminak, is the head of the St.
Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy (Diocese). This eparchy
is one of four such Eparchies in the United States. It forms,
together with the Archeparchy of Philadelphia, the Eparchy of
Parma and the Eparchy of Stamford, a Province within the Ukrainian
Greek Catholic Church.
The
St. Nicholas Eparchy encompasses the territory that extends from
the State of Michigan to Hawaii. It represents a collection of 42
parishes, missions and monasteries located in 16 states. Its
central office, the Bishop's Chancery, and Cathedral are located
in Chicago Illinois.
